Should I roll dice everytime I do something?

� � � � �''Dice are used for when you go to the arena and have a battle or spar. Usually you should leave it up to the other player if that dagger you tossed hits him or not. Rolling dice in the Cafe will usually just annoy people, so if you wanna have a dice battle, invite someone off to the arena (#Dragon_Rock_Coliseum). Usual command is /2d20, 15s and above do 1 damage, 20s do 2. I do the calculations when you roll because... I'm smarter and faster at it than you are, besides, humans cheat.''
